Tinotenda Manheya 25 years old, is from Mashinga Village , Makoni South in Manicaland Province. She trained in Market Gardening at Kushinga Agricultural College. After the training she went back to the village and continued farming and also managed to increase her garden operations since she was already into market gardening. She confirmed that the training managed to give her an eye opening in terms of taking agriculture as a business. At the time of the interview she had sold the following—3 buckets of beans at US$30 each and made US$90, 500 heads of cabbage for US$500, 30 pockets of onions for US$450. In total, she made US$1040 and bought a 335 watt solar panel for US$150, a 24 volts submersible pump for US$55 and a hose pipe for US$90.
