2. The SIRP PCU invites sealed bids from interested and qualified bidders for the implementation of abovementioned civil works under the Contract.

Duration of Works: eight months.

3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain detailed information and inspect the Bidding Documents by the address mentioned below, from Monday to Friday 9:00 – 16:30hrs:

4. Interested Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents in English at the address mentioned below upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of: USD 250.00. 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 1000hrs on 27 June 2021. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned to the Bidders unopened. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 1030hrs on 27 June 2021.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) method in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23] and the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets [General] Regulations, 2018 of Zimbabwe and in compliance with the IFAD’ Project Procurement Guidelines, 2019. Bidding is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
