SIRP is coordinated by the PCU, and implemented in collaboration with DoI, Provincial and District Administration, Department of Agricultural Economics and Markets, Agricultural Marketing Authority, Department of Mechanisation, Climate Change Management Office, Environmental Management Authority, Rural District Councils, Irrigation Water User Organisations, District Development Fund, Zimbabwe National Water Authority, Ministry of Health and Child Care, service providers (SPs) and farmers.
