- The SIRP PCU invites sealed bids from interested and qualified bidders for the implementation of abovementioned civil works under the Contract.

- Interested Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents in English at the address mentioned below upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of: USD250.00. The method of payment will be: deposit on the following bank account: Smallholder Irrigation Revitalization Programme (SIRP) Stanbic Bank, Belgravia Account Number 9140001465642
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 1000hrs on 30 March 2020. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned to the Bidders unopened. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 1030hrs on 30 March 2020
- Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures set out in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” – August 2018. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of bid value [US$].
