Celebrating International Womens Day
Annually on the 8th March SIRP joins the world in celebrating International Womens day. It is a chance to celebrate the accomplishments of women around the world. Women play key roles in their families, communities and countries, and yet they are often severely disadvantaged, economically, socially and politically.
SIRP works to empower rural women economically, to reduce their burden of work, and to strengthen their voice and participation in the decisions that affect their lives.
Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.
